Introduction
What do you want the group to know about you right now? Name, pronouns (optional), favorite food, department and one thing that’s true today.
The assignment
Working in pairs, photograph each other with your phone. All portraits will play as a looping film. Discuss your transitions with your partner before shooting. The handoff between images is part of the work.
No editing afterwards. No cuts, no added transitions. Every frame plays for the same duration.

Tell your Story
Consider how to introduce yourself using 12 photos. Sketch your ideas or describe them using keywords. Then, collaborate with a production partner to capture the photos according to your instructions.
Step 2
Transition from you
Collaborate to create a transition to the next person using four pictures. Plan this together, then record the sequence. You may need another classmate for help.
Step 3
Transition to you
Find the person with the number in front of you and help to make the transition to your first Image.
